Kate Lesch
MSW, LGSW
Psychotherapist
Kate (she/her) is a queer woman who believes that stories are powerful, vulnerability is courageous, and everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. Her clinical lens is influenced by critical theories and fifteen years' experience in mental/behavioral health and advocacy. Kate works with individuals 10+, families, and couples/relationships. Her practice is strengths-based and explicitly affirming of neurodiverse, LGBTQIA2S+, and BIPOC communities, all bodies and relationship structures. She is passionate about the human-animal bond, healing our relationship with our bodies, supporting queer youth, and addressing burnout and moral injury in helping professionals.
In her free time, Kate enjoys gardening, reading, cooking, nerdy games, and hiking with her dog, Zephyr.
