Todd has a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master's degree in Engineering. With 30 years of experience working in various roles within the construction industry, Todd has developed expertise in operations, finance, project management, design, engineering, policies, and procedures. Todd currently works full-time for Johnson Controls as an Electronic Systems Sales Representative. In addition to this, he’s working part-time doing the financial and operations management of the business, including the submission of insurance claims. He’s married to Karen, the owner, and they have a son who’s currently in college. His dog, Sedona Leo, brings lots of joy to his life.
